Trust Sign-up ...
Trust ‘sign up’ to the process may seem daunting; however it’s really about embarking on an essential, but slow, journey towards meeting a huge unmet need. Disclosures of abuse won’t suddenly overwhelm staff, they’ll build slowly giving staff time to enhance their clinical skills; the training will give them the knowledge and confidence they need. If we’re really serious about conveying hope and supporting both women and men survivors of abuse on the road to recovery, addressing the root causes of their mental ill health is a definite must!

Hi Liz
Thank you for linking up with us here at the CPAA to provide a valuable source of information and guidance for our members, whether that be in relation to the Violence and Abuse Policy in general or perhaps more specifically in relation to the valuable work you're doing around the 'abuse question'.
Offering to answer any questions, queries or comments people may have via the website discussion board is a real first for the CPAA and a fantastic opportunity for our members.
Your input also enables us to more effectively realise the potential of the website.
